Major Suon Mong and Sergeant -Major Phork Chhorn , his secretary, interrogatedd Phin Phe, a Khmer who had been arrested by the National Army on a battlefield in Southern Prek Yuon village along National Road No. 1. Phin Phe confessed that he had been served in the Khmer Communist movement since early January 1974 as a combatant in Group 9, Platoon 3, Company 30, Battalion 14 of Regiment 128, Region 20, Zone 203.
លោកវរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រី សួន ម៉ុង និងព្រិន្ទបាលឯក ផុក ឈន ជាលេ ខាធិការបាន ហៅឈ្មោះ ភិន ផែ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ដែលត្រូវកងទ័ព ជាតិចាប់បាននៅទីលានប្រយុទ្ធខាងត្បូងវត្ដព្រែកយួន តាមផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ១។ ឈ្មោះ ភិន ផែ បានសារភាពថា បានចូលបម្រើចលនា ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនីស្ដនៅដើមខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយមានមុខងារជា យុទ្ធជននៅក្រុមទី៩ កងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ៣ កងអនុសេនាធំលេខ ៣០ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ១៤ កងវរៈសេនាធំលេខ១២៨ តំបន់២០ ភូមិភាគ២០៣។
