In 1973, Khmer communist assigned administrative committee at Boeng Khchorng sub-district and this committee comprised 3 top leaders: Ham Him aka Kong Savy was a chief and a political advisor, San was a deputy chief and Chey Lun was a chief of economic section. The committee base was situated in Prey Tachuk village, Boeng Khchorng sub-district, Sa-ang district, Kandal province. The committee at Dangko district consisted Ta Saing chief, Siek Paoheng aka Paohour chief of economy, Em aka neary Kraham {female} revolutionary women chief, and there were 600 female soldiers equipped with weapon guns.
នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចាត់តាំងគណៈកម្មាធិការផ្នែករដ្ឋបាល នៅឃុំបឹងខ្យង មានសមាសភាពៈ ហាុំម ហ៊ឹម (គង់ សាវី) ប្រធាន និងទីប្រឹក្សានយោបាយ, សាន អនុប្រធាន, ជៃ លុន ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច មានទីស្នាក់ការនៅភូមិព្រៃតាជុក សង្កាត់បឹងខ្យង ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ គណៈកម្មាធិការនៅស្រុកដង្កោមាន តាសាំង ប្រធាន, សៀក ប៉ោហេង (ប៉ោង ហួរ) ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នារីអែ (នារីក្រហម) ប្រធានអង្គការនារី បដិវត្ដន៍ដែលមានកងទ័ពនារីចំនួនប្រមាណ៦០០នាក់ មានអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ។
