Ouch Sim aka So Sokhom was a commander of platoon 3, regiment 190, battalion 310, region 33 southwest zone. The person defected to national troop on June 22, 1974. Ouch Sim joined the enemy in 1970 as a soldier. The battalion 310 was the military forces standing at region 33 with 700 soldiers and devided 3 companies. The companies were responsible for fighting against national troop in Siem Reap, Kampong Kantuot and national road 3. From 1970-71 many Vietcong troops came to live in zone 33. The Vietcong and Cambodian soldiers did not get along with each other . The conflict usually happened between this 2 groups. The enemy offen evacuated people from their village to the farest area in order to prevent them from joining in military forces.
អ៊ូច ស៊ឹម ហៅ សូ សុខុម ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ៣ នៃកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ១៩០ វរសេនាតូច៣១០ ប្រចាំតំបន់៣៣ ភូមិភាគនិរតី បានចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ២២ មិថុនា ១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនចូល បម្រើខ្មាំងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាយុទ្ធជន។ កងវរសេនាតូច លេខ៣១០ ជាទ័ពប្រចាំតំបន់៣៣ មានចំនួនទ័ព៧០០នាក់ ចែកជា៣កងអនុសេនាធំ មានភារកិច្ចទប់ស្កាត់កងទ័ពជាតិនៅសៀមរាប កំពង់កន្ទួត និងផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ៣។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ដល់១៩៧១ មានទ័ពយួនធេ្មញខ្មៅជាច្រើន នៅតំបន់៣៣។ ពួកយួន និងខ្មែរពុំសូវត្រូវគ្នាទេ ច្រើនលួយបាញ់គ្នា ជាញឹកញាប់។ ខ្មាំងច្រើនកៀរប្រជាជននៅ ឆ្ងាយៗពីតំបន់ វាកាន់កាប់ ដើម្បីកុំឱ្យប្រជាជនរត់ចូលខាងទាហាន។
