Yong Vali aka Yong Sarakk was a combatant in investigating battalion 260 of region 25, special zone. Yong Vali defected to national troop on May 26, 1974 at Peamrangkrom village. This battalion was devided into 2 companies and one investigated platoon agent. Yong Vali said that the enemy had never talked about Sihanouk since 1973, indicating that Sihanouk was not longer needed. There was a women unit who responsible for carrying injured, ammunition and cooking. In the village, enemy had formed a collective in purpose to sell goods to villagers in low price. The money earned by selling fishing area and ferry-boat ticket, was spent on military suppies.
យ៉ង់ វ៉ាលី ហៅ យ៉ង់ សារ៉ាក់ ជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចស៊ើបការណ៍ ប្រចាំកងវរសេនាតូច២៦០ ប្រចាំតំបន់២៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេសបានចុះចូល នៅថ្ងៃ២៦-៥-១៩៧៤នៅភូមិពាមរាំងក្រោម។ កងនេះចែកជា២កង អនុសេនាធំ និងមួយកងអនុសេនាតូចស៊ើបការណ៍។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបាននិយាយ ថាខ្មាំងពុំដែលរំលឹកឈ្មោះ សីហនុទេចាប់ពី ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មកគឺបានន័យថា គេលែងត្រូវការសីហនុហើយ។ ក្នុងតំបន់នេះមានកងនារីមួយកងសម្រាប់ សែងរបួស សែងបាយ និងសែងគ្រាប់។ នៅតាមភូមិខ្មាំងបានបង្កើត សហរណ៍លក់ផលិតផលឱ្យប្រជាជនហើយខ្មាំងទិញស្រូវពីប្រជាជនវិញយ៉ាង ថោកបំផុតហើយ លុយដែលបានពីលក់ឡូត៍នេសាទ ជួលចម្លងទូត កាណូត ទុកសម្រាប់ទិញស្រូវចិញ្ចឹមទ័ព។
