San Sour, born in Prek Svay village, Chheu Teal sub-district, Kien Svay district, Kandal Province, San Sour was a former combattant of platoon 21, region 25 of special zone. He defected on August 24, 1974 at Kbal Koh village. The person reported on management system of regiment 268. Regiment 268 was divided into 5 battalion: n.117, 127, 130, 138, and 142. Battalion 142 was a special battalion and responsible for attacking. Recruitment, training course and sending military to a battle-field were organized by village chief. People were living under too much preasure and were forced to perform a hard labor.
សាន សួរ កើតនៅភូមិព្រែកស្វាយ សង្កាត់ឈើទាល ស្រុកកៀន ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល ជាយុទ្ធជននៃកងអនុសេនាតូចលេខ ២១តំបន់ ២៥ ភូមិភាគ ពិសេស បានចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ២៤ សីហា ១៩៧៤ នៅក្បាលកោះ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ពីប្រពន្ធ័ចាត់ចែងនានាក្នុងកង វរសេនាធំលេខ ២៦៨។ កងនេះចែកចេញជា៥កងវរសេនាតូច លេខ១១៧, ១២៧, ១៣០, ១៣៨ និង ១៤២។ កងពិសេស គឺកង១៤២ជាកងសម្រាប់ វាយលុក។ នៅតំបន់នោះគឺប្រធានភូមិជាអ្នករើសជំរឿនពលរដ្ឋឱ្យ ធ្វើទ័ពបង្ហាត់តែ៥ថ្ងៃ ត្រូវបញ្ជូនចូលសមរភូមិ។ ការរស់នៅប្រជាជន មានការគាបសង្កត់ និងដុនដាបយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។
