Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Phatt Chham, a combatant in hadicap department no314 region 32, defected to national troop on September 01, 1974. The person had joined enemy in 1971, in region 15. Enemy indoctrinated combatant that the war was provoked for the sake of inhabitant's freedom. They accused government of betraying the nation and selling the nation to imperialist American. The tasks of the handicap group was to plant vegetation and deforest. However, they could only cook rice for the worker. Inhabitant in region 15 were forced to overwork. Therefore, they lost faith in communist.
ភាត់ ឆាំ ជាយុទ្ធជននៅមន្ទីរពិការ៣១៤ តំបន់៣២ បានភៀសខ្លួន ចូលជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅថ្ងៃ១ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៤។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនចូលបម្រើ ខ្មាំងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ប្រចាំតំបន់១៥។ ក្នុងការអប់រំខ្មាំងតែងឃោសនា ដល់យុទ្ធជនថាធ្វើចំបាំងដើម្បីទាមទារសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពដោយចោទប្រកាន់ថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលក្បត់លក់ជាតិឱ្យចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិក។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ ក្រុមយុទ្ធជនពិការ គឺកាប់ព្រៃដាំបន្លែភាគច្រើនធ្វើមិនកើតគ្រាន់តែ អ្នកដាំបាយទុកឱ្យធ្វើការដែរ។ ចំណែកប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់១៥ មានការ លំបាកវេទនាយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដោយខ្មាំងប្រើកម្លាំងដូចជាសត្វធាតុ ធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជន អស់ជំនឿលើរបបកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។
