He Saroeun aka He Chy, a former commander of company 11, battalion 251, region 15. The person defected on June 16, 1974 at Chhouk Kantom, Angsnuol district. He saroeun joined in enemy military forces in late 1973 and worked as a spy at Punsaing sub-district. Battalion 251 was devided into 3 companies, but the soldiers had never opened a fire against any troop because all of the soldiers were too young to win a battle . Combatants lost their confidence in fighting as they afraid of dying. However, they were still listening to public radio specially national music.
ហេ សារឿន ហៅ ហេ ជី អតីតមេបញ្ជាការកងអនុសេនាធំលេខ១១ វរសេនាតូចលេខ២៥ តំបន់១៥ បានចុះចូលនៅថ្ងៃ១៦ មិថុនា ១៩៧៤ នៅឈូកកណ្ដុំអង្គស្នួល។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនចូលបម្រើខ្មាំងនៅចុងឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ជាកងឈ្លបនៅសង្កាត់ពន្សាំង។ កងវរសេនាតូចលេខ២៥ចែកចេញជា៣ កងអនុសេនាធំតែពុំដែលចេញច្បាំងម្ដងណាឡើយ មូលហេតុយុទ្ធជន សុទ្ធតែនៅកេ្មងបើចេញទៅក៍គ្មានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ទឹកចិត្ដយុទ្ធជន អន់ថយណាស់គ្មានចិត្ដចង់ច្បាំងពិសេសខ្លាចងាប់តែមានចិត្ដចង់ ស្ដាប់វិទ្យុសាធារណរដ្ឋពិសេសបទភេ្លង។
