Nhem Chann Dara is PTSD victim. Dara got married to Kun Yong in 1980s. They have two daughters. Her father called Nhem Puth. Her mother called Am Han. In the Khmer Rouge regime, she was lacking of food, water, medical care, and shelter. She was in combat situation. She was brainwashed. She was close to death. She was forced to separate from her family members. She saw the murder of of stranger.She was in a situation where her life was in danger. She has suffocated since 1979. Recently, she feels as though the event is happening again. She has recurrent nightmares. She has trouble sleeping. She feels on guard. She is avoiding activities that remind her of the traumatic events. She is less interest in her daily activities. She feels as if she does not have a future. She is avoiding thoughts associated with the traumatic experience. She is sudden emotional. She has difficulty in performing her daily tasks. She blames herself for thing that have happened. She feels ashamed of the hurtful events that have happened to her. She spends time thinking about why these events happened to her. She feels that she is the only one who suffered the event. She finds out or being told by other that she has done something that she cannot remember.
ញ៉ែង ចាន់ដារ៉ាមានជំងឺបាក់ស្បាត។ ដារ៉ារៀបការជាមួយគុន យ៉ុងនៅអំឡុងឆ្នាំ១៩៨០។ គាត់មានកូនស្រីពីរនាក់។ ឪពុកឈ្មោះញ៉ែម ពុធ។ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះអាំ ហាន។ នៅសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម គាត់ខ្វះខាតម្ហូបអាហារ ទឹក ថ្នាំពេទ្យ និង ជម្រកស្នាក់នៅ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូនៅក្នុងសមរភូមិ។ គាត់ត្រូវគេផ្លាស់ប្ដូរគំនិត។ គាត់ជិតតែនឹងត្រូវស្លាប់ខ្លួន។ គាត់ត្រូវគេបំបែកចេញពីសមាជិកគ្រួសារដោយបង្ខំ។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ឃើញឃាតកម្មនៃជនណាម្នាក់។ គាត់ធ្លាប់ជួបនូវស្ធានការណ៍ដែលគួរអោយរន្ធត់ដែលធើ្វឱ្យជីវិតគាត់រងគ្រោះថ្នាក់។ គាត់ធ្លាប់មានអាការៈថប់ដង្ហើម។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន គាត់គិតថាគាត់ហាក់ដូចជាព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ទាំងនោះកំពុងតែកើតមានឡើងថ្មីៗ។ គាត់យល់សប្ដិអាក្រក់ជារឿយៗ។ គាត់ពិបាកក្នុងការទទួលទានដំណេក។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងនូវសកម្មភាពដែលធើ្វឱ្យគាត់នឹកដល់ព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ពុំសូវចាប់អារម្មណ៍នឹងសកម្មភាពរាល់ថៃ្ងរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ចង់ជៀសវាងមិនឱ្យគិតអំពីព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ចេះតែបណ្ដាលឱ្យមានប្រតិកម្មក្នុងចិត្ដមួយរំពេចពេលនឹកឃើញដល់ព្រឹត្ដការណ៍គួរអោយឈឺចាប់។ គាត់មានការលំបាកក្នុងការបំពេញមុខងារផេ្សងៗ។ គាត់ស្ដីបន្ទោសខ្លួនឯងអំពីរឿងរ៉ាវដែលកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់គិតគួរអោយអៀនខ្មាសអំពីព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ដ៏ឈឺចាប់ឬក្រៀមក្រំចិត្ដរបស់គាត់។ គាត់ចេះតែធើ្វអោយចំណាយពេទ្យគិតឆ្ងល់ថាហេតុអី្វបានជាហេតុការណ៍ទាំងអស់នេះកើតមានចំពោះគាត់។ គាត់គិតថាមានតែគាត់ម្នាក់គត់ដែលបានទទួលការឈឺចាប់ក្នុងព្រឹត្ដការណ៍ទាំងនោះ។ គាត់បានដឹងឬអ្នកដទៃបានប្រាប់ថាគាត់បានធើ្វអី្វមួយដែលគាត់នឹកពុំឃើញសោះ។
