Sea Him, soldier of division 164, confessed that Meng, chief of Kor Ky sub-district, Kien Svay district. Once day, Lon and Khiev Mapp made contact with Meng and assigned Meng to convince people in the sub- district to attend the cooperative and division 170's demonstration in order to attack the party in last September 1976.
ស៊ា ហ៊ីម យុទ្ធជន នៅកងពល ១៦៤ ឆ្លើយពី ម៉េង គណៈឃុំគគី ស្រុកគៀនស្វាយ ថាៈ ថ្ងៃមួយនោះ លោន និង ខៀវ ម៉ាប់ បាន ទៅទាក់ទង ម៉េង ដើម្បីអោយ ម៉េង បំផុសបំផុលប្រជាជននៅក្នុងឃុំ អោយជួយចូលរួមហែរបាតុកម្ម សហករណ៍ជាមួយ កងពល ១៧០ ដើម្បីវាយបក្សនៅ ខែ៩ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ។
