Uch Peou was the enemy's prisioner.He worked in the farming site office 13 in Prek Thmei village. In 1970, he was the former soldier of National army in the battalion 167. He was arrested by the enemy to their region in 1973 and was forced to be a combatant in their platoon 413 stationing in region 25. In 1974, he was arrested again by the enemy and was put in a reducation site on accussation of his Chinese spirit in Prek Ambel village and was almost executed in office 15. In battalion 413, there were 400 soldiers equipped with all kinds of weapons, stationing in Kampong Pring village and Koh Anlongchen village, under the command of Kea. The battalion was in charge of mobilizing troops to boost final offensive to control Phnom Penh in the dry season 1975. The Khmer communist educated combatants to struggle with the war because it was a popular war to liberate themselves from the suppression of the feudalist and capitalist. Combatants in the region were exasperated at the communist Angkar which mistreated their families. Moreover, they were deprived all kinds of rights and forced to work like animals and even regarded machin for Angkar use.
អ៊ុច ពៅ ជាអ្នកទោសរបស់ខ្មាំងដែលធ្វើការនៅ ក្នុងមន្ទីរ កសិដ្ឋាន លេខ ១៣ នៅត្រង់ភូមិព្រែកថ្មី។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ជាអតីតយុទ្ធជននៃ កងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងវរសេនាតូចប្រដេញ ១៦៧ ត្រូវបានខ្មាំងចាប់យកទៅ តំបន់របស់វានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយបង្ខំឱ្យជននេះចូលបម្រើក្នុងជួរកងទ័ព របស់វាក្នុងកងអនុសេនាតូច ៤១៣ប្រចាំតំបន់ ២៥។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ជននេះត្រូវបានខ្មាំងចាប់ដាក់មន្ទីរអប់រំ ដោយចោទថា មានសតិសម្ពន័្ធ នៅសាលារៀនចិនព្រែកអំបិល និងព្រមទាំងយកទៅសម្លាប់នៅមន្ទីរ១៥ ទៀតផង។ ក្នុងកង ៤១៣ មានកងទ័ពចំនួន៤០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធគ្រប់ ហើយមានទីតាំងនៅ ភូមិកំពង់ព្រីង និងកោះអន្លង់ចិន ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ គា។ អង្គភាពនេះមានតួនាទីផ្ដុំទ័ពដើម្បីវាយប្រហារ ផ្ដាច់ព្រ័ត្ដយកភ្នំពេញនៅក្នុងរដូវប្រាំង១៩៧៥។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានអប់រំ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខិតខំតស៊ូប្រយុទ្ធព្រោះសង្គ្រាមនេះជាសង្គ្រាមប្រជាជន ដើម្បីរំដោះខ្លួនចេញពីការជិះជាន់ពីសំណាក់ពួកនាយទន់សក្ដិភូមិ។ យុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះមានការក្ដៅក្រហាយនឹងអង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដដែល ធ្វើបាបដល់គ្រួសាររបស់ពួកគេ។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតពួកវាបានបំបិទសិទ្ធិសេរីគ្រប់ បែបយ៉ាង បង្ខំឱ្យធ្វើការដូចសត្វធាតុ និងចាត់ទុកប្រជាជនជាគ្រឿង ម៉ាស៊ីនសម្រាប់ពួកវាប្រើប្រាស់។
