Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Riem Vanndoeun was a deputy chief of military healthcare section in Brasout district, Svay Rieng province. This military hospital was situated in Wat Chass pagoda and was roof with thatch and tile. There were 10 guardes in hospital. 200 soldiers in Brasout district had duty to bush any attack from the outsider. Medical supplies was come from an exchanging goods with the North Vietnamese through a member of Bavit economic section. The fighting spiritual of combatants were not reveal, but we known that in the past all of combatants were encourage to struggle and carry out the battle field strategy carefully. People were so much disappointed with Angkar communist as they lived under Angkar dictatorship and it was worse than a mere society preasure. But some of the poor men liked Angkar because they used to be the poor people and they got married with former Khmer Rouge.
រៀម វ៉ាន់ឌឿន មានឋានៈជាអនុប្រធានសុខាភិបាលយោធាប្រចាំ ស្រុកប្រសូត្រ ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង។ មន្ទីរពេទ្យយោធានេះស្ថិតនៅត្រង់ វត្ដចាស់សង់អំពីដីប្រក់ស្លឹកនិងក្បឿង ហើយមានកងឈ្លប១០នាក់ នៅការពារមន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះ។ នៅក្នុងស្រុកប្រសូត្រមានកងទ័ពចំនួន ២០០នាក់ មានភារៈចាំស្ទាក់កងទ័ពជាតិកុំឱ្យរុលទៅមុខបាន។ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ សម្រាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះបានមកពីការដោះដូរជាមួយពួកយួនខាង ត្បូងតាមរយៈសមាជិកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចស្រុកនៅបាវិត។ ចំពោះទឹកចិត្ដរបស់ យុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងនេះដឹងមិនច្បាស់ទេ គ្រាន់តែដឹងថាមុនពេលប្រយុទ្ធម្ដងៗ យុទ្ធជនត្រូវទទួលការដាស់តឿនស្មារតីសតិអារម្មណ៍ខ្លះៗពីមេបញ្ជាការ។ ចំពោះប្រជាជនវិញពុំសូវមានការសប្បាយចិត្ដចំពោះអង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដ នេះទេ ពីព្រោះពួកវាធ្វើការគាបសង្កត់ និងប្រើលទិ្ឋផ្ដាច់ការលើសរបប សក្ដិភូមិទៅទៀត។ ហើយពិសេសទៅទៀតបានបំបិទសិទិ្ធសេរីភាព គ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង។ ប្រជាជនភាគតិចណាស់ចូលចិត្ដពួកវា ពីព្រោះពួកគេជា អ្នកក្រីក្រ និងអ្នកមានគ្រួសារជាអតីតខ្មែរក្រហម។
