Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On May 10, 1974, three members of khmer communist party with a weapon defected to military authority of battalion 607, sub-operating, Svay Rieng. A defector Srey Phan was a soldier at Kh-3, K-2, Kampong Ro district; Keo Sitha aka Keo Sokha was a soldier of Kh-3, K-2, Kampong Ro district; and An Tep was a soldier of Kh-3, K-2, Kampong Ro district. The three defector determined to try their best to cooperate with a military authority and commit not to turn back to work with the North Vietnamese troops again. They were sent to reeducate in Svay Rieng's national troop.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១០ ឧសភា ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ៣នាក់ចូលរួបរួមនឹង អជ្ញាធរយោធានៅកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ៦០៧ផ្នែកកសិករស្វាយរៀង ដោយនាំយកមកជាមួយនូវអាវុធមួយដើម។ អ្នកចុះចូលមានឈ្មោះ ស្រី ផាន យុទ្ធជន ខ-៣, គ-២ ស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍, កែវ ស៊ីថា ហៅ កែវ សុខា យុទ្ធជន ខ-៣, គ-២ ប្រចាំស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍ និង ឈ្មោះ អន ទេព យុទ្ធជននៅខ-៣, គ-២ ប្រចាំស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបញ្ជាក់ថា នឹងរួមកម្លាំងជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរយោធាហើយ សន្យាមិនវិលត្រឡប់ទៅតំបន់ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ-យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងវិញទេ។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនត្រូវបានបញ្ជូន ទៅអប់រំនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិស្វាយរៀង។
