On April 02, 1974, 13 soldiers with weapons of khmer communist troop defected to national troop of battalion 214 in sub-military operation of Svay Rieng province. The defectors were: 1.Riem Sam-At, 2.Nguon Sun, 3.Bou Sitha, 4.Phep Chheang, 5.Khiev Samuon, 6. Tieng Samuon, 7.Um Yean, 8.Nhiv Saroeun, 9.Meas Sun, 10.Mei Sok, 11.Prum Ran, and 12.Saom Say, 13. Riem Van Doeun
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២ មេសា ១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន១៣នាក់បាន ចូលមករួបរួមកុ្នងសង្គមជាតិវិញជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច ២១៤ផ្នែកសឹករងខេត្ដស្វាយរៀងដោយយកអាវុធមកជាមួយផង។ ក្នុង នោះមានឈ្មោះដូចជាៈ១.រៀម សំអាត, ២.ងួន ស៊ុន, ៣.ប៊ូ ស៊ីថា, ៤.ភេប ឈាង, ៥.ខៀវ សំបូរ, ៦.ទៀង សាមួន, ៧.អ៊ុំ យាន, ៨.ញីវ សារឿន, ៩.មាស ស៊ុន, ១០.ម៉ី សុក, ១១.ព្រុំ រ៉ន, ១២.សោម សយ, ១៣.រៀម វ៉ាន់ឌឿន។
