Srey Tuon aka Srey Phat was a member of economic section of region 23. Tuon joined in the revolutionary troop in mid 1972, and worked as a combatant in region 23. Tuon had reported that there were 4 battalions in region 23, which comprised 450-500 combatants in each battalion. Angkar proclaimed that they would take care combatant's families whenever combantant died in a battle-field, but infact it was not, so they had lost their confidence in fighting. Morever, the Angkar was not allow to celebrate for combatant's death. The villagers had to pay tax to Angkar every time, otherwise they would be in trouble.
ស្រី ទួន ហៅ ស្រី ផាត ជាសមាជិកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់២៣។ ទួនចូលបម្រើ បដិវត្ដនៅពាក់កណ្ដាលឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ជាយុទ្ធជននៅតំបន់២៣។ ទទួលបាន រាយការណ៍នៅតំបន់២៣ មានកងទ័ពចំនួន៤ កងវរសេនាតូចនៅកង នីមួយៗមានបុគ្គលិកពី៤៥០ទៅ៥០០នាក់។ យុទ្ធជនខ្លះអស់ទឹកចិត្ដ នឹងចំបាំងដោយខ្លួនគេធ្លាប់ឃើញជាក់ស្ដែងនៅក្នុងកងឯកភាព របស់ខ្លួន មិនបានចិញ្ចឹមគ្រួសារខ្លួននៅពេលខ្លួនពលីក្នុងសង្គ្រាមហើយ ពេលយុទ្ធជន ពលីពុំអនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យគ្រួសារធ្វើបុណ្យបានឡើយ។ ចំពោះអង្គការសព្វថ្ងៃ ប្រជាជនមិនពេញចិត្ដជាខ្លាំងព្រោះអង្គការបានបិទសិទ្ធសេរីភាពប្រជាជន ជិះជាន់ប្រជាជនបង្កើតឱ្យមានស្រែរួមជាដើម។ អង្គការបានរៃអង្គាសពន្ធដា តាមភូមិសង្កាត់គ្មាននរណាម្នាក់មិនអាចមិនបង់បានឡើយ។
