Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Khiev Lay aka Paksorn was born in La village, Kaongkang sub-district, Punhea Krek district, Kampong Cham province. Lay was a soldier in brigade 22, region 21, zone 203. Lay reported the activities of Vietkong and tank unit soldiers. The enemy arrested soldiers to be their captives and some of them were forced to do heavy work in rubber platation area. At night they were handcuffed. The captives were given lecture once in awhile. People lacked of freedom. When villagers made a tradition ceremony to solicite the money, it was taken away by Angkar.
ខៀវ ឡាយ ហៅ ប៉កសន កើតនៅភូមិឡ សង្កាត់កោងកាង ស្រុកពញ្ញាក្រែក ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ជាទាហាននៅកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី ២២ កងតំបន់ ២ ភូមិភាគ ២០៣។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានរាយការណ៍ពីសកម្មភាព ពួកវៀតកុង និងកងរថក្រោះនៅតំបន់មេមត់។ ខ្មាំងបានចាប់ទាហានជា ឈ្លើយសឹកហើយឱ្យធ្វើការជាទម្ងន់គឺចាក់ជ័រកៅស៊ូ។ មេធំៗពេលយប់ដាក់ ខ្នោះជើង។ យូរៗម្ដងខ្មាំងបានប្រមូលឈ្លើយសឹកទាំងនេះទៅស្ដាប់ការ ឃោសនាពន្យល់របស់ខ្មាំង។ ប្រជាជនគ្មានសិទ្ធិសេរីភាពទេ ពេលអ្នកស្រុក ធ្វើបុណ្យផ្កាបច្ច័យដែលបានមក ត្រូវអង្គការដកហូតស្ទើរតែទាំងអស់។
