Yuos Chay was the chief of the group 1, platoon 1, company 1, battalion 120, regiment 175, zone 203. The force was recruited from Kamchay Mea district, Kanh Chreach district, and Prey Veng district and the commanders were all experienced. Regiment 175 was in charge of backing up the regiment 153, 192, 147 which operated in Svay Rieng province. The khmer communist indoctrinated their combatants to strengthen their spirit of fighting and dedicated struggle in order to win back victory from the republican governemt because they sold the nation to the Imperialist. A large number of enemy's forces were not happy with their leaders or commanders and especially they suffered a lot from lack of food, medicine as well so, intended to come back to the government. A small number still had belief in the enemy and their propaganda and were enthusiation in fihgting. They integreted people in this region in cooperatives and all properties were gathered and put for collective purpose. They instilled children with their communist party stand points. They adulterated ligion belief and forced them to serve military force.
យស់ ចយ ជាប្រធានក្រុមទី ១ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី ១ អនុ សេនាធំទី ១ វរសេនាតូច ១២០ វរសេនាធំ ១៧៥ ភូមិភាគ ២០៣។ កងឯកភាពនេះជ្រើសរើសកងទ័ពចេញពីស្រុកកំចាយមារ ស្រុកកព្រោ្ជៀច និង ស្រុកព្រៃវែង ហើយមេបញ្ជាការសុទ្ឋតែជា អ្នកជំនាយចាស់ៗ។ កងវរសេនាតូច ១៧៥នេះមានភារះកិច្ច ចាំជួយគាំទ្រកងវរសេនាធំ ១៥៣, ១៩២។ ១៤៧ ដែល ធ្វើសកម្មភាពនៅទីក្រុងស្វាយរៀង។ ពួកខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានឃោសនាដល់យុទ្ធជនរបស់វាឱ្យពង្រឹងស្មាតី ប្រយុទ្ធតស៊ូប្ដូរ ផ្ដាច់ដើម្បីសមេ្រចជោគជ័យលើរបបសាធារណរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ព្រោះពួកវាលក់ជាតិឱ្យចក្រពត្ដិបរទេស។ យុទ្ធជនខ្មាំងមួយភាគធំ ពុំសប្បាយចិត្ដចំពោះមេកើយរបស់គេទេ ហើយជាពិសេសទៅទៀតពួក គេមានការពិបាកវេទនាក្នុងការរស់នៅខ្វះស្បៀងអាហារ ថ្នាំសង្កូវ ព្រមទាំងមានបំណងមកចូលរួបរួមជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលវិញ។ ហើយ ក្រៅពីនេះមានចំនួនតិចណាស់ដែលជឿតាមការឃោសនារបស់វា និង មានចិត្ដអង់អាចក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធ។ ចំពោះប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់នេះ ពួកវាបានរៀបចំឱ្យនៅជាសហករណ៍ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្ដិទាំងអស់ ត្រូវប្រមូល ដាក់រួម អប់រំគោលជំហរបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដដល់កុមារបំបាត់ សាសនា និង ជំនឿផេ្សងៗ ព្រមទាំងបង្ខំឱ្យចូលបម្រើកងទ័ពជាដាច់ខាត។
