Heng Hakk was a commander of battalion 214, former a commander of battalion 114, regiment 3, brigade 11 and also was a former communist's candidate party member. The person defected at national road 5. Heng Kak joined in the enemy troop and worked as a combatant since 1970. Brigade 11 was based in Kampong Speu province and it was devided into 3 regiments. The regiments responsible for resisting an attrack of national troop who intented to raid on national road 5 in order to seize Kampong Speu province. there were as enemy unit in battalion 680 who had duty to attack on city. The unit was lead by Keo and a political commissioner officer Hang.
ហេង កាក់ ជាមេបញ្ជាការកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ២១៤ អតីតកងវរ សេនាតូចលេខ១១៤ កងវរសេនាធំលេខ៣ កងពលតូចលេខ១១ ហើយជាបក្ខជនត្រៀមរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចុះចូលនៅផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ៥។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបម្រើខ្មាំងតាំងពី១៩៧០ជាយុទ្ធជនកងពលតូច លេខ១១ ប្រចាំកំពង់ស្ពឺកងនេះចែកជា៣កងវរសេនាធំមានបេសកកម្ម វាយលុកតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥ ក្នុងគោលបំណងកុំឱ្យទ័ពជាតិទំនេរដើម្បី ជាឱកាសឱ្យទ័ពខ្មាំងមួយចំនួនទៀតបើកយុទ្ធនាការវាយយកក្រុងកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ក្នុងភូមិភាគពិសេសនេះខ្មាំងមានមួយកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ ៦៨០ សម្រាប់ ធ្វើការបំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញក្នុងទីក្រុងក្រោមបញ្ជារបស់ឈ្មោះ កែវ និងស្នងការនយោបាយឈ្មោះ ហង្ស។
