Kim Chheng, Kim Chhin was an accountant of the Cambodia-Vietnam commerce whose office was in Stung Trang district, Kampong Cham province. He was responsible for purchasing food supplies, medicine, gasoline because these things were very necessary for their troop. In the area under their control they taught children for the shake of teaching and then educated them to hate capitalism and the American imperialist. Moreover, they adulterated trandition and religions gradually from people and then forced people to belief solemenly in the leadership of their communist Angkar. North Vietnam's supply force was also in frequent contact with the communist in region 304 which stationed in a catholic Church in Boeng Kathouk because this place was the temporary warehouse before the trade at commercial office of Stung Trang there was a radio transmission to broad-cast news about fighting developments at the battle field. The office also had monthly magazine publisment namely: The front, Youth and Tong Pakdevat bulletins. It also had slogans like {win! the brave national liberation front, defeat! the American imperialist.
គឹម ឆេង-គឹម ឈីន ជាគណនេយ្យពាណិជ្ជកម្មខ្មែរ-វៀតណាម ដែលមានទីស្នាក់ការនៅស្ទឹងត្រង់ក្នុងខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ជននេះមាន ភារៈកិច្ចទិញស្បៀងអាហារ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ បេ្រងសាំងពីព្រោះពួកវាត្រូវ ការចាំបាច់ណាស់ សម្រាប់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដល់កងទ័ពរបស់វា។ ក្នុងតំបន់វា កាន់កាប់ពួកវាបានបង្រៀនកុមារឱ្យចេះបន្ដិចបន្ដួច រួចវាអប់រំឱ្យស្អប់ នាយទន់ និងចក្រពត្ដិអាមេរិក។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតពួកវាបានក្រឡៃ ប្រពៃណី សាសនាឱ្យឃ្លាតឆ្ងាយពីប្រជាជនម្ដងបន្ដិចៗរួចបង្ខំប្រជាជនឱ្យជំនឿ លើការដឹកនាំរបស់អង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដ។ កងនេះខាងផ្ដល់ ស្បៀងដល់វៀតណាមខាងជើងតែងតែទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអង្គការខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅក្នុងតំបន់ ៣០៤ ដែលស្ថិតនៅត្រង់វិហារកាត់តូលិក ក្នុងភូមិបឹងកាធូក ពីព្រោះកន្លែងនេះជាឃ្លាំងស្ដុកបណ្ដោះអាសន្ន មុននិងការផ្លាសប្ដូរគ្នានៅមន្ទីរពាណិជ្ជកម្មភូមិភាគត្រង់ស្ទឹងត្រង់មាន ប៉ុស្ដិវិទ្យុ១កន្លែងសម្រាប់ផ្សាយសមេ្លងអំពីដំណឹងផេ្សងៗពីសមរភូមិមុខ។ ក្នុងនោះក៍មានទស្សនាវដ្ដីប្រចាំខែទៀតផងដូចជាៈរណសិរ្ស, យុវជន និង ទង់បដិវត្ដសម្រាប់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយដល់មហាជនសម្ពន្ធ័យុវជន និង បក្ខជន។ ហើយពិសេសទៅទៀតមានពាក្យស្លោកមួយចំនួនធំដូចជាៈ ជយោប្រជាជន កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធរំដោះជាតិកម្ពុជា ដ៍ក្លាហាន និងបរាជ័យចក្រ ពត្ដិអាមេរិក...ល ។
