Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Ouch Siv, a Khmer Communist, was a combatant of group 22, company 42, regiment 144. Ouch Siv defected to military of devision 7, on July 19, 1974 at VT 737-908 of Banteay Talod.
អ៊ូច ស៊ីវ ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដមានឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមទី២២ កងអនុសេនាធំ៤២ កងវរៈ១៤៤។ ជននេះបានភ្ញាក់រលឹកចូលមក រួបរួមនិងអាជ្ញាធរយោធាកងពលធំទី៧កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៩ កក្ដដា ១៩៧៤ នៅបន្ទាយតាលោដត្រង់វេធី៧៣៧-៩០៨។
