Lach Lan was a chief of military in platoon 3, company 2, battalion 734, zone 304. Battalion 734 comprised a force of 320 soldiers under the command of Sei and they were equipped with all kinds of weapons. Part of the force stationed in Chres village and the other part was deployed in preparating for ambushing on the National army force near Kampong Tralach market. Their ideology was to push forward the politics of people war, especially the aspects of exploiting class and struggling class. A large number of people and combatants in this region above came to their consciousness and witnessed the controversy between theory and practise of the Angkar Khmer Rouge.
ឡាច លន ប្រធានយោធាក្នុងកងអនុសេនាតូចទី ៣ អនុសេនាធំទី ២ វរសេនាតូច ៧៣៤ ភូមិភាគ ៣០៤។ កងវរសេនាតូច ៧៣៤ នេះមានយុទ្ធជនចំនួន ៣២០នាក់ដែលមានឈ្មោះសី ជាមេបញ្ជាការ និងប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន។ កងនេះមួយផ្នែកបោះទីតាំង នៅភូមិជេ្រស និងមួយផ្នែកទៀតរាយកម្លាំងដើម្បីត្រៀមវាយ ប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិនៅម្ដុំផ្សារកំពង់ត្រឡាច។ មនោគមន៍របស់ពួកវា គឺលើកឡើងនូវនយោបាយសង្គ្រាមប្រជាជននិងជាពិសេសអំពី វណ្ណៈជិះជាន់ វណ្ណៈតស៊ូ។ ប្រជាជននិងយុទ្ធជនមួយចំនួនធំក្នុង តំបន់នេះមានការភ្ញាក់រលឹកច្រើន ហើយក៍ចាប់ផ្ដើមឃើញយ៉ាង ច្បាស់ពីភាពផ្ទុយគ្នារវាងទ្រឹស្ដីនឹងការអនុវត្ដន៍របស់ពួកអង្គការខ្មែរ ក្រហម។
