Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Kou Kaet was a chief of transportation unit in supply office 311 of the special zone. In 1971 he served on a militariaman and a soldier in region 15. The supply office was located in Tumnupbakk village under the leadership of Tip as chief of the office. The office comprised a staff of 30 and they had the duty to store weaponary stuff to supply the troop in the special zone. In the special zone there are 4 battalions. Khmer communist movement in this region had intention to take control over Udong. People and combatants in the region lost belief in the communist Angkar because they suffered a lot of minsery and they were used like animals. They were also deprived of all kinds of rights and as a result, they wanted to come back and join the republican government.
គូ កើត ជាមេក្រុមផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូនប្រចាំការនៅមន្ទីរចលនូបត្ថម្ភលេខ ៣១១ ភូមិភាគពិសេស។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ បានចូលបំរើក្នុងកងឈ្លប និងកងទ័ពតំបន់ ១៥។ មន្ទីរចលនូបត្ថម្ភ មានទីតាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិទំនប់បាក់ ដែលមានឈ្មោះតាទីប ប្រធានមន្ទីរ។ មន្ទីរនេះ មានបុគល្គិកចំនួន៣០នាក់ ហើយមាននាទីសម្រាប់ស្ដុកគ្រឿងអាវុធ ដើម្បីផ្គត់ផ្គង់ដល់កងទ័ព ក្នុងភូមិភាគពិសេសនេះ។ នៅក្នុងភូមិភាគពិសេសមានកងទ័ព ចំនួន៤កងវរសេនាធំ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះ មានបំណង ប្រុងវាយដណ្ដើមយកទីប្រជុំជនឧដុង្គ។ ប្រជាជន និងយុទ្ធជន នៅក្នុងតំបន់នេះកាន់តែអស់ជំនឿលើអង្គការកុម្មុយនិស្ដព្រោះពួកគេទទួល រងនូវការលំបាកវេទនាគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង ប្រើដូចសត្វធាតុ បំបិទសិទ្ធិ គ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង និងមានបំណងចង់មករួបរួមជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាល សាធារណរដ្ឋវិញ។
