As Lenin doctrinaire was taken into practice on March 1, 1951 by Khmer Communist party, when it was under the leadership of Viet Minh. Viet Minh incited people to form resistance in jungle in order to take action against the republican group by accusing them of selling land to American impirialism and also deceived inhabitants by saying that the aim of the resistance was to gain power to Sihanouk. Kieu Samphan, Ho Yun and Ho Nim were a members of Cambodian communist centre committee and Tiv Ol was Khieu Samphan's assisstance and his messager. Kampuchea communist party had plan to choose cadres to be a members of youth league, yuvakkak league, candidate party members, full-right party members and members of Kampuchea communist party. Royal government of national union of Cambodia and National United fron of Cambodia were the two parties which were made as an excuse of achieving political action both local and overseas.
នៅថ្ងៃ១ ឧសភា ១៩៥១ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ឃួន វៀតមិញ បក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជាបានយកលទ្ធិម៉ាក្សលេនីនមកអនុវត្ដ។ ក្នុងនោះវា បំផុសឱ្យប្រជាជនរត់ចូលព្រៃតស៊ូប្រឆាំងនឹងរបប សាធារណរដ្ឋ ដោយចោទថាៈ ពួកសាធារណរដ្ឋលក់ដីឱ្យចក្រពត្ដិ អាមេរិក ហើយព្រមទាំងនិយាយបោកប្រាស់ទៀតថាៈ ការតស៊ូនេះគឺដណ្ដើម អំណាចឱ្យសេ្ដចសីហនុ។ សមាជិកគណៈមជ្ឈឹមបក្ស កុម្មុយនិស្ដ កម្ពុជាមាន៣រូបគឺ ខៀវ សំផន, ហ៊ូ យន់, ហ៊ូ នឹម និង ទីវ អុល ជាអ្នកជំនួយការនិងអ្នកនាំពាក្យរបស់ខៀវ សំផន។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដរៀបចំជ្រើសរើស សមាជិកបក្ស ដូចជាៈ សម្ពន័្ធយុវជនកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា និងយុវកកបក្សជនត្រៀម, បក្សជន,បក្សជនពេញសិទ្ធនិងសមាជិកបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា។ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលរួបរួមជាតិកម្ពុជានិងរណសិរ្សរួបរួម ជាតិកម្ពុជា គឺជាបក្សពីរដែលតែងតាំងឡើងក្នុងលេសដើម្បីសមេ្រចនូវនយោបាយ ក្នុងប្រទេសនិងក្រៅប្រទេសរបស់អង្គការ ខ្លួនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
