Dul Chanseng was a hospital' s staff of Khmer Communist in platoon 333, regiment 233 which was basing in Baray pagoda {Phoum Thmei}, regiment 15, special zone. Dul Chanseng defected to national troop of battalion 465, infantry brigade 72, basing in Banteay O-Kong.
ឌុល ចាន់សេង ជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដមានឋានៈជាសមាជិកពេទ្យ កងអនុសេនាតូចទី៣៣៣ នៃកងវរៈ២៣៣ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅក្នុង វត្ដបារាយណ៍«ភូមិថ្មី» ក្នុងតំបន់១៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេស។ ជននេះបាន ចូលមកសារភាពជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិនៃកងវរសេនាតូច៤៦៥ នៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី៧២ ដែលប្រចាំការនៅបន្ទាយអូរកុង។
