Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 20, 1973, cadres chief of Khmer guerrillas and commander of regions and zones held a meeting in which they raised up about plans to attack into Phnom Penh. Especially, most of them were assigned to mingle with refugees and travelled to Phnom Penh city. Those enemies attempted to set up acts of sabotage in Phnom Penh city from August 25, 1973 to September 03, 1973.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២០ សីហា ១៩៧៣ គណៈកម្មាភិបាលខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម និង មេបញ្ជាការតំបន់ និងភូមិភាគបានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំមួយស្ដីអំពីផែនការ នៃការវាយលុកចូលក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ជាពិសេសពួកវាបានចាត់តាំង កម្លាំងមួយចំនួនឱ្យខ្លែងខ្លួនជាជនភៀសខ្លួន ដើម្បីចូលមកក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពអុកឡុកក្នុងរដ្ឋធានីចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ២៥ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃ០៣ កញ្ញា ១៩៧៣។
