Riem Sam At joined in Khmer communist after an event occured on March 18, 1970. The person was borned in 1945. Riem Sam At was 25 years old and 1,6m tall. In 1970 the person was a Khmer-Vietcong troop leader and the person was a chief of mobile group at Kampong Ro district. From 1971-72, the person was a deputy officer of information sector and secury office at Bra Sot district. From 1972-73 Sam At was a chief of unit k-2, kh2, k2. From 1973-74, the person was a deputy chief of investigating company of regiment 1. Regiment 1 based in XT:127-347 of Porpek sub-district, Svay Teap district, Svay Rieng province.
រៀម សំអាត បានចូលធ្វើកងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅក្រោយព្រឹត្ដិការណ៍ ១៨ មីនា ១៩៧០។ ជននេះកើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៤៥ អាយុ ២៥ឆ្នាំ កំពស់១,៦ម ភេទប្រុស។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ជាប្រធានក្រុម នៃកងទ័ពខ្មែរយៀកកុង។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០-៧១ ជាប្រធានក្រុមកងទ័ព ស្រុកកំពង់រោទ៍។ ១៩៧១-៧២ អនុប្រធាននិរសា និងប្រធានក្រុម សន្ដិសុខស្រុកប្រសូត្រ។ ១៩៧២-៧៣ ជាប្រធានក២ ខ២ គ២។ ១៩៧៣-៧៤ ជាអនុប្រធានកងអនុសេនាធំស៊ើបការណ៍នៃកងវរៈ លេខ១។ ក្នុងវរៈលេខ១នេះប្រចាំការនៅសង្កាត់ពពែក ស្រុកស្វាយទាប ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង ត្រង់មាត់ព្រៃចំការ ត្រង់អេចធី ១២៧-៣៤៧។
