Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Chea Poly was captured in the southwest of Boeng Deidoh in Samrong sub-district on March 18, 1974. He was a deputy political commissioner in company 10, battalion 14 regiment 28 in zone 203. In 1970, he was chosen by Khmer communist to be a militia of village. And then he joined the district-soldier in Soung district, was responsible for transporting ammunitions. In 1973, he was sent by Angkar to educate in political revolution field, and they promoted him to be a full-right party member in zone 203. In zone 203, comprise 7 regiments. In battalion 14 comprised 430 soldiers, under a commander Heng Mat, and they were responsible for cutting off national road 1 at Boeng Deidoh in Samrong district. Khmer communist accused republic government of being a corrupt-government, and carrying out dictatoral power, and sell soil to American. The soldiers in these unit were gradually deriorated, because new soldiers who were replaced the deads and cripples have little spiritual attack.
ជា ប៉ូលី ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១៨ មីនា ១៩៧៤ នៅខាងត្បូង ឆៀងខាងលិចបឹងដីដុះ សង្កាត់សំរោង។ ជននេះជាស្នងការនយោបាយ របស់កងអនុសេនាធំ ១០ វរសេនាតូច ១៤ វរសេនាធំ ១២៨ ភូមិភាគ ២០៣។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ត្រូវបានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដជ្រើសឱ្យ ធ្វើជាឈ្លបភូមិ ហើយបន្ទាប់មកចូលជាទ័ពស្រុកប្រចាំស្រុក សួង ផ្នែកដឹកជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រំសេវ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ត្រូវបានអង្គការបញ្ជូនឱ្យទៅ រៀននយោបាយផ្នែកទស្សនៈបដិវត្ដន៍ និងឱ្យទៅជាបក្ខជនពេញសិទ្ធ។ ក្នុងភូមិភាគ ២០៣មានកងទ័ពចំនួន៧កងវរសេនាធំ ក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូច ១៤មានទ័ពចំនួន៤៣០នាក់ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ គ្រប់ធុនដែលមានឈ្មោះ ហេង ម៉ាតជាមេបញ្ជាការ។ កងនេះមានបេសកកម្មវាយកាត់ផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ១ត្រង់បឹងដីដុះក្នុងសង្កាត់ សំរោង។ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានចោទ ប្រកាន់រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋថា ជារដ្ឋាភិបាលពុករលួយប្រើអំណាច ផ្ដាច់ការលក់ដីឱ្យអាមេរិកកាំង។ ចំពោះយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងនេះមានការ ចុះខ្សោយបន្ដិចម្ដងៗព្រោះអ្នកថ្មីដែលមកជំនួសអ្នកស្លាប់ និងពិការមិនសូវមានស្មារតីប្រយុទ្ធទេ។
