On November 2, 1971 at 20h 00, the commander of region 23 arrested 2 suspects such as Ao Im, 43 years old and Pheng Phen, 24 years old. Having interrogated them, my commander suspected that they both were enemy's secret agents becuase they had been forced to carry ammunition by enemies.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២ ខែ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ វេលាម៉ោង២និង០០នាទី មេបញ្ជាការតំបន់ ២៣ បានចាប់ជនសង្ស័យពីរនាក់នៅភូមិកោះផុស ដែលមានឈ្មោះ ឱ អ៊ីម អាយុ៤៣ឆ្នាំ និងឈ្មោះ ផែង ផេន អាយុ២៤ឆ្នាំ។ ក្រោយពីរសួរចម្លើយហើយ មេបញ្ជាការរបស់ខ្ញុំ សង្ស័យថាអ្នកទាំង២ជាភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់របស់ខ្មាំង ព្រោះសាម៉ីជនទាំង ពីរធ្លាប់ត្រូវបានទ័ពរំដោះបង្ខំឱ្យជួយជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់។
