A source said that on August 2, 1973, about 250 Khmer rebels, equipped with two 82 mm mortars and 6 medical staffs, stayed and set up a hospital in Trapeang Toteng village, Pongsang sub-district, Ponhea Leu district Oudong Meanchey province.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ ថាកាលពីថ្ងៃ ២ ខែសីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ ២៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ដៃ ព្រមទាំងមានកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ ៨២មម ២ដើម និងបុគ្គលិកពេទ្យ៦នាក់ បានស្នាក់នៅនឹង តាំងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ក្នុងភូមិត្រពាំងទទឹង ឃុំពង្សាំង ស្រុកពញ្ញាឮ ខេត្ដឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។
