A source said on August 24, 1973, about 150 armed Khmer rebels, under the command of at Chuon and Chhuon, came to make headquarter in Romchek at VT686-786, VT686-785, VT688-785 and VT688-782 in Samrong Leu sub-district, Ang Snuol district, Oudong Meanchey province. Those enemies transported weapons, ammunitions and foodstuffs from villages in Pursat province toward Ta Poung village, Cheung Roas sub-district, Peang Lvea district. On the other hand, about 3 or 6 armed Khmer rebels above came to mingle with villagers who were living in that area in order to spy on our National Armed Force base.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៤ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល ១៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អាត់ ជួន និងឈ្មោះ ឈួន បានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅភូមិរំចេកវ៉េតេ៦៨៦-៧៨៦ វ៉េតេ៦៨៦-៧៨៥, វ៉េតេ៦៨៨-៧៨៥ និង វ៉េតេ៦៨៨-៧៨២ ក្នុងឃុំសំរោងលើ ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដឧត្ដុងមានជ័យ។ ពួកវាបាន ដឹកគ្រឿងសព្វាវុធគ្រាប់រំសេវ ស្បៀងពីភូមិ នានា ក្នុងខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ យកមកទុកក្នុង ភូមិតាពូង ឃុំជើងរាស់ ស្រុកពាំងល្វា។ ពួកវាចែកជាក្រុមពី ៣ទៅ៦នាក់ មកបង្កប់ក្នុង ខ្លួនឈ្លបការណ៌ពីកងទ័ពជាតិយើង។
