A source said on July 25, 1973, 400 Khmer rebels and 15 Viet Congs political advisers, equipped with four 82 mm and 60 mm mortars and twenty B40, dug trenches and deployed in cottages from Kralanh village to Pteah Kpors village. They stocked foodstuffs at VU1964-793 in Kbal Trach sub-district. Those 15 Viet Congs soldiers wore 4 cm square labels on their left shoulders.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៥ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន ៤០០នាក់ និងយួនយៀកកុង១៥នាក់ ជាទីប្រឹក្សានយោបាយ ប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ ៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ ២ដើម ៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ៤ដើមបេ៤០ចំនួន២០ដើមបានជីកលេណដ្ឋាន ហើយរាយគ្នាតាម ខ្ទមស្លឹកចាប់ពីភូមិក្រឡាញ់ រហូតដល់ភូមិផ្ទះខ្ពស់។ ពួកវាបានស្ដុក គ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ នៅកន្លែងមួយត្រង់ចំនុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ១៩៦៤-៧៩៣ ក្នុងឃុំក្បាលត្រាច។ ពួកយៀកកុងទាំង១៥នាក់នេះ ពាក់ផ្លាកលេខ ១៥ទំហំ៤សង់ទីម៉ែត្រ បួនជ្រុងនៅស្មាខាងឆេ្វង។
