A source said that 5 armed Khmer rebels travelled from Kep to VS170-675 by canoe, seized a machine boat, whose numer was 1755, and caught 5 male and 3 female smugglers. On July 24, 1973, they murdered 7 smugglers including 4 male and 3 female. The machine boat, which the seized from was smugglers, belonged to Ly Chhun Siek, chief of wealther forcast department in Kampot province.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថា ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន៥នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានជិះអូរប័រ ចេញពីកែប មកដល់ចំនុចវ៉េអេស១៧០-៦៧៥ បានចាប់រឹបអូសទូក មានម៉ាស៊ីន១គ្រឿងលេខ១៧៥៥ និងចាប់អ្នករត់ពន្ធប្រុស៥នាក់ ស្រី៣នាក់ ហើយសណ្ដោងទូកម៉ាស៊ីននោះទៅកែបបាត់ទៅ។ លុះថ្ងៃ២៤ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងលើនេះ បានសម្លាប់ អ្នករត់ពន្ធ អស់៧នាក់ ប្រុស៤នាក់ ស្រី៣នាក់។ ទូកដែលខ្មាំង ចាប់យកទៅនោះ ជាទូករបស់នាយឧតុនិយមខេត្ដកំពត ឈ្មោះ លី ឈុនសៀក។
