ប្រភពឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៣១ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ ១០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ បានបំបែកគ្នាជាក្រុមតូចៗក្នុង គោលបំណងវាយប្រហារទីតាំងកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅតាមបណ្ដោយផ្លូវ ជាតិលេខ១ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
