A source said on July 16, 1973, about 200 armed Khmer rebels were divided into two groups and came to deploy in Ta Morn mountain at UV718-057 in Khna sub-district and Preah Mlau sub-district at UV668-057. In Each Group, there were 2 or 3 Viet Cong military advisers. On July 22, 1973, North Viet Congs evacuated 10 families of Vietnamese people who were living in Tonle Sab region Preah Mlau sub-district, and other 10 families were evacuated to farm in Kork Trach village.
ប្រភពឱ្យដឹងថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៦ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រមាណ ២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ ត្រូវបានចែកជា២ក្រុម។ ក្រុមទី១ ស្នាក់នៅភ្នំតាមន ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៧១៨-០៥៧ ក្នុងឃុំខ្នារ ក្រុមទី២ ស្នាក់នៅត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៦៦៨-០៥៧ ឃុំព្រះម្លូ។ ក្នុង ក្រុមនីមួយៗមានយៀកកុងជើងពី២ ទៅ៣នាក់ ជាទីប្រឹក្សាយោធា។ នៅថ្ងៃ២២ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងបានបញ្ជូនអនិកជន យួន១០គ្រួសារដែលនៅតាមទនេ្លសាបទៅឃុំព្រះម្លូ ហើយបញ្ជូន ១០គ្រួសារដែលនៅតាមទនេ្លសាបដែរទៅភូមិគោកត្រាច ដើម្បី ប្រកបរបរកសិកម្ម។
