On August 23, 1973, 50 Khmer guerrillas equipped with guns, transported weapons and ammunitions from Rokar village and Taing Russey, Roka Thom sub-district by 6 boats. Those weapons and ammunitions were hidden in Puk Russey village, Puk Russey sub-district, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៣ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមចំនួន៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានដឹកជញ្ជូនគ្រឿងសញ្វវុធ និងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើង ដោយទូក ចំនួន៦គ្រឿង ចេញពីភូមិរកា តាំងឫស្សី ឃុំរកាធំ និងយកទៅលាក់ទុកក្នុងភូមិពុតឫស្សី ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
