On July 21, 1973, there were about 300 Viet Cong soldiers equipped with guns and some of whom were lightly wounded by B-52 bombing in Romchek village, Mong Russey district, Battambang province. Those enemies stood at Chamkar Troh and Bak Chinchien village at UV703-782 and they moved to make position in Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២១ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ យួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ ហើយក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកទាំងនោះមានរបួស ស្រាលៗដោយសារការទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែក បេ-៥២ នៅក្នុងភូមិរំចេក ស្រុកមោងឫស្សី ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះតាំងនៅក្នុងភូមិចំការ ត្រស់ បាក់ចិពោ្ចៀន ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៧០៣-៧៨២។ តើក្រោយ មកពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះបានធ្វើដំណើរមកតាំងទីតាំងនៅក្នុងខេត្ដ កំពង់ស្ពឺ វិញ។
