A source said on August 8, 1973, about 200 Khmer rebels, equipped with guns, travelled across highway 26, North of Angtalek pagoda from VT: 650-702 to VT: 652-752 in Samrong Tong sub-district, Peang lvea district, Kirirum. Those Khmer guerillars were additional soldiers in charge of making an attack on National Armed Forces position in Bek Chan and expoding highway 4.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់ថាៈ កាលពី០៨ សីហា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានធ្វើចលនាឆ្លងកាត់ ផ្លូវលេខ២៦ ម្ដុំខាងជើងវត្ដអង្គតាឡឹកពីចំនុចវ៉េតេ៦៥០-៧០២ រហូតដល់ចំនុចវ៉េតេ៦៥២-៧៦៤ ក្នុងឃុំសំរោងទង ស្រុកពាំងល្វា ខេត្ដគីរីរម្យ។ ពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមទាំងនេះគឺ ជាទ័ពជំនួយដែលមានតួនាទី វាយប្រហារលើកងទ័ពជាតិយើង ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅបែកចានព្រមទាំ វាយផ្ដាច់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៤។
