On July 31, 1973, Khmer guerrillas limitted the border of Trapeang Chhorng district which was located in the North of national road ៈ5 and Krakor distirct. Trapeang Chhorng district was divided into 6 sub-districts as following:
- Khdat Tang sub-district at UV630-024 (chief of sub-district Yong) - Khlork sub-district at UV533-105 - Prak Ay sub-district at UV750-004 (chief of sub-district, Chann aka karedaikley) - Domrey Sor sub-dsitrict at UV805-966 (chief of sub-district, Phon) - Kanh Chhor sub-district at UV955-970 - Dy Ro Niet sub-district at UV755-250 (chief of sub-district, Sorn). កាលពីថ្ងៃ ៣១ កក្កដា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមបានរៀបចំព្រំប្រទល់ ស្រុកត្រពាំងជង ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងតំបន់៤ ចាប់ពីខាងជើងថ្នល់ ជាតិលេខ៥ចាប់ពីស្រុកក្រគរ រហូតដល់ស្ទឹងស្វាយដូនកែវ។ នៅក្នុង ស្រុកត្រពាំង ជងនេះត្រូវបានគេបែងចែកជា៦ឃុំដូចជា៖ ឃុំឃ្លោក ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៥៣៣-១០៥, ឃុំក្ដាតតាំង ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៦៣០-០២៤ (គណៈឃុំឈ្មោះ យុង), ឃុំប្រាក់អៃ ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៧៥០-០០៤ (គណៈឃុំឈ្មោះ ចាន់ ហៅការ៉េដៃខ្លី), ឃុំដំរីស អ៊ុយវ៉េ៨០៥-៩៦៦ (គណៈឃុំ ផុន) ឃុំកញ្ជា ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៩៥៥-៩៧០ និង, ឃុំដីរនាត ត្រង់អ៊ុយវ៉េ៧៥៥-២៥០ (គណៈឃុំឈ្មោះ ស៊ន)។
