On July 29, 1973, Khmer guerrillas, Tauch, chief of sub-district cadre committee, Pan, deputy of sub-district cadre committee, Lim, chief of group and Klourk, deputy chief of group held a meeting in which they raised up about the force of people living in liberation area to do farming in Tuol Keo pagoda at US: 790-836 in Tek La-Ak sub-district, Prey Nob district, Kampong Som province for 3 days.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមដែលមានឈ្មោះ ទូច ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលឃុំ ប៉ាន់ ជាភូឈួយ លឹម និងឃ្លោក អនុក្រុមទី១ និងទី២។ បានប្រារឰធ្វើកិច្ចប្រជុំមួយស្ដី អំពីការបង្ខំ ប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់រំដោះឱ្យធ្វើស្រែចំការ នៅក្នុងវត្ដទួលកែវ ត្រង់ អ៊ុយអេស៧៩០-៨៣៦ ក្នុងឃុំទឹកល្អក់ ស្រុកព្រៃនប់ ខេត្ដ កំពង់សោម ក្នុងរយៈពេល៣ថ្ងៃ។
