On August 19, 1973, about 500 armed Khmer guerrillas came to deploy in Khmounh village at VT861-834, sub-district ៈ13, Pur Mean Chey district, Phnom Penh city. Those Khmer guerrillas attempted to smash on Pochen Tong airport in the near future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៩ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ ៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានធ្វើដំណើរមករាយគ្នានៅភូមិឃ្មួញ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ៨៦១-៨៣៤ ឃុំលេខ ១៣ ខ័ណ្ឌពោធិ៍មានជ័យ ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ។ ពួកខ្មាំងទាំងនេះមានបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារចំណត អាកាសចរពោធិចិតុងនៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
