On August 18, 1973, armed Khmer guerrillas travelled from Svay Am Pea village, Svay Am Pea sub-district, Muk Kampoul district to Leu village in Prey Anh Chanh sub-district, Muk Kampoul district, Kandal province. And they then divided into 2 groups in order to stay in that area above. Nowadays, these Khmer guerrillas were explaining propaganda to villagers who were living in that region in order to convince them to join the Khmer guerrillas. Specially, those Khmer guerrillas attempted to attack on our National Armed Forces position in Prey Anh Chanh district in the near future.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៨ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចំរុះគ្រប់ធុនបានធ្វើដំណើរចេញពីភូមិស្វាយអំពារ ឃុំស្វាយអំពារ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល ហើយបានបំបែក គ្នាជាពីរក្រុម ដើម្បីមករាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅក្នុងភូមិលើ ក្នុងឃុំសង្កាត់ ព្រែកអញ្ជាញ ស្រុកមុខកំពូល។ សព្វថ្ងៃនេះពួកវាកំពុងដើរឃោសនាពន្យល់អ្នក ស្រុកក្នុងភូមិនានាឱ្យចូលបម្រើក្នុងជួរកងទ័ពរបស់វា។ ហើយជា ពិសេសពួកខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមទាំងនេះមានបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំង កងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅព្រែកអញ្ចាញក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
