Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On August 14, 1973, Khmer guerrillas headquarter positioned in office of Sa-ang district, and they ordered their combatants to seize 15 canoes and small boats from villagers who were living in that area in order to transport materials and ammunitions to Psak mountain. Those Khmer guerrillas attempted to attack on National Armed Forces base, situated between national road ៈ21 and national road ៈ2 as well as to fire cars, and to burn the bridges in Svay Rolom sub-district and Prek Bao sub-district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៤ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ពួកខ្មាំងដែលមានទីបញ្ជការនៅក្នុង សាលាស្រុកស្អាង បានបញ្ជាការពួកវាបាញ់យកកាណូត ទូកតូចៗ ចំនួន១៥គ្រឿង ដើម្បីយកទៅដឹកជញ្ជូនគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងសម្ភារ ផេ្សងៗយកទៅទុកនៅភ្នំផ្សាក។ ម្យ៉ាងទៀតពួកខ្មាំងទាំង នេះមាន បំនងប្រុងវាយប្រហារមូលដ្ឋានកងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅចន្លោះផ្លូវជាតិ លេខ២១ មកកាន់ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ២ ព្រមទាំងពួនស្ទាត់បាញ់ឡាន និងដុតស្ពាននៅម្ដុំឃុំស្វាយរលំ និងព្រែកប៉ាវ។
