A source said that on August 1, 1973, about 1500 armed Khmer rebels travelled and transported ammunition by 50 boats from certain regions in Koh Thom district to Koh Kor village, Sa-ang district, Kandal province. They planned to attack Takhmao soon.
ប្រភពផ្ដល់ថាកាលពីថ្ងៃ០១ សីហា ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រមាណ ១៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានដឹកគ្រាប់រំសេវ និងធ្វើដំណើរ តាមទូកកាណូតចំនួន ៥០គ្រឿង ចេញពីភូមិភាគនានា ក្នុងស្រុក កោះធំ រួចមកចតនៅភូមិកោះគរ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាមានបំណង វាយលុកក្រុងតាខ្មៅក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗ។
