On July 3, 1973, about 40 Yuon and Khmer Viet Congs came to set up operational headquarters at VT 981-850 in Prek Hluong sub-district of Vihear Suor province. The enemies designated 6 people to serve as their agents. The six peole were 1) Prey Iem, Chief of district cadres, 2) Vat, spy, 3) Riel Chuon, committee chief in charge of enemies, 4) Cheang Yeun, food supply committee, and 6) Po, committee member.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១០៩៧៣ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រហែល៤០នាក់បានមកតាំងទីចាត់ការប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹក នៅចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៩៨១-៨៥០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកហ្លួង ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ពួក ខ្មាំងខាងលើបានចាត់ឱ្យឈ្មោះ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចំនួន៦នាក់ចូលជា ភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់របស់ពួកគេ។ ចំណែកឯឈ្មោះទាំង៦នាក់នោះគឺៈ១)ព្រៃ អៀម ជាប្រធានកម្មាភិបាលស្រុក២) វ៉ាត ជាអ្នកសេុីបការណ៍៣) រៀល ជួន ជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មការទទួលភារៈខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។៤) ជាង យឿន ជាគណៈកម្មការផ្ដល់ស្បៀង៥) យឹម ជា ជាមេ៥០ខ្នង និងជាអនុប្រធានផ្ដល់ស្បៀង៦) ប៉ូ ជាសមាជិក។
