On July 5, 1973, about 150 Khmer Rebels Armed with weapons including M-79 guns moved from Chaeng Toek village at WU 170-040, Pram Yam sub-district, Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province to WU 060-015, Svay Po sub-district, Srey Santhor distict. They also established main headquarters at WU 060-005 Preah Pra Sap sub-district, Khsach Kandal district of Vihear Suor province. The enemies were in Battalion C-16.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធ ជាពិសេសមានអាវុធអឹម៧៩ ជាច្រើនដើមបាន ចេញពីភូមិជើងទឹកត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ១៧០-០៤០ សង្កាត់ប្រាំ យ៉ាម ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ឆ្ពោះមកស្នាក់នៅចំនុចឌឹបបាល់ វ៉េអ៊ុយ ០៦០-០១៥ សង្កាត់ស្វាយពោធិស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ព្រមទាំង តាំងទីបញ្ជាការធំមួយនៅចំនុចឌឹបបាល់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ០៦០-០០៥ សង្កាត់ព្រះប្រសប់ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ពួកខ្មាំង ខាងលើស្ថិតនៅក្នុកងវរសេនាតូចសេ១៦។
