On June 16, 1973 Viet Congs transported any carts of rice from VU 921-547, Cheung Prey sub-district to Rum Laung village WU 119-631 Treal sub-district, Trangkok distgrict, Kampong Thom province. Then they continued from Rum Laung to Chmkar Andong at WU 204-640, crossing WU 130-634.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ពួកយួនយៀកកុងបានដឹកស្រូវ ជាច្រើនរទេះពីចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩២១-៥៤៧ សង្កាត់ជើងព្រៃឆ្ពោះ ទៅភូមិរំលោង ត្រង់ឌឹបបាល់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ១១៩-៦៣១ សង្កាត់ទ្រាល ស្រុកតាំងគោក ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ បន្ទាប់មកពួក យួនយៀកកុងបាន ដឹកជញ្ជូនពីភូមិរំលោងឆ្ពោះទៅចម្ការអណ្ដូងត្រង់ ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ២០៤-៦៤០ ទៀតដោយបានឆ្លងកាត់តាមចំនុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ១៣០-៦៣៤។
