Sa Phalla aka Pheak, working at oil energy unit, confessed that in November 1974, Pon indoctrinated Roeun, group chief of state warehouse at kilometer 6, with the traitorous ideology. In 1975, at Anlong Kngan battlefield, Roeun convinced soldier to flee from their frontline and to through a gun [AK] away into the water.
