On April 1, 1974, a commander of Phnom Penh National Military Police Headquarter arrested Hing Sorn aka Ly Kheang from 2nd Office of National Military Police Staff in accusation of working as a enemy spy who was responsible for providing enemies foodstuffs. Based on an interrogation, it known that Hing Sorn aka Ly Kheang actually was a enemy spy as an accusation.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មេបញ្ជាការអាវុធហត្ថជាតិ ភ្នំពេញបានចាប់ខ្លួនឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីង សន ហៅ លី ឃាង មក ការិយាល័យទី២ សេនាធិការកងអាវុធហត្ថជាតិពីបទធ្វើភ្នាក់ងារ ខ្មាំងទទួលបន្ទុកខាងផ្ដល់ស្បៀង។ ក្រោយពីការសួរចម្លើយ ឈ្មោះ លី ឃាង នេះរួចឃើញថា ឈ្មោះ ហ៊ីង សន ហៅ លី ឃាង នេះពិតជាភ្នាក់ងារខ្មាំងដូចចោទមែន។
