Dav Yang Ngib, Vietnamese, was arrested on suspicion serving in the Viet Cong Movement by the Cambodian Navy. He has interrogated by Suon Mong, a Major in the Second Bureau of the Khmer National Armed Forces General Stuff and Phok Chhorn, a secretary and second lieutenant. He denied the accusation.
លោកវរៈសេនីយ៍ត្រី សួន ម៉ុង ធ្វើការនៅការិយាល័យទី២ នៃអគ្គ សេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ដោយមានអនុសេនីយត្រី ផុក ឈន ជាលេខាអមជាមួយផង បានហៅឈ្មោះ ដាវ យុាំងងីប ដែល ត្រូវកងនារីខ្មែរចាប់ខ្លួនដោយចោទពីបទថា ធ្វើជាយៀកកុងមកសួរ ចម្លើយ។ ជននេះបានឆ្លើយប្រកែកថា មិនបានប្រព្រឹត្ដដូចពាក្យចោទ ឡើយ។
