A source reported that on 20 May 1973, some 100 Khmer Rebel in Battalion 111 under the command of Chum Chen forcibly gathered and evacuated a family of villages at Boeng Kei UV 070-280 in Sangkat Bay Dam Ram, Sangke district, Battambang province and then toward Vey Chap mountain.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាម ចំនួនប្រហែល១០០នាក់ នៅក្នុងកងវរសេនាតូចលេខ១១១ ក្រោម បញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ជុំ ជិន បានចូលចាប់ និងកៀរអ្នកស្រុកមួយគ្រួសារ នៅបឹងកី ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ០៧០-២៨០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់បាយដំរាំ ស្រុកសង្កែ ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង ហើយនាំឆ្ពោះទៅភ្នំវាយចាប។
