A source that on April 22, 1973 hundreds of Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces in Khaki uniforms came to stay at Boeng Kam Poan at VT 980-793 and in the forest North of Ta Cho village at VT 990-790, Sangkat Arey Khasat, Lvea Em distric, Vihear Suor province. The source stressed that the enemies were about to attack the National Army in Svay Chrum pagoda. They wanted to cross the river to attack the Marine Corps at Chroy Changva, and shell at Phnom Penh a short time later.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងជាច្រើនរយនាក់ស្លៀកពាក់តេ្រអ៊ី ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានមកស្នាក់នៅបឹងកំពាន់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៨០-៧៩៣ និងខ្លះទៀតស្នាក់នៅក្នុងព្រៃខាងជើងភូមិតាជោ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៩០-៧៩០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់អរីយក្សត្រ ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា គោលបំណងខ្មំាងនេះប្រុងវាយប្រហារទីតាំង កងទ័ពជាតិនៅវត្ដស្វាយជ្រំ ជាពិសេសខ្មាំង និងឆ្លងទនេ្លចូលមកវាយ កងម៉ារីននៅជ្រោយចង្វា ហើយថែមទាំងបាញ់កាំភ្លើងធំផ្លោងចូល ក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ។
